Terms and Conditions
1. ScopeThe following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
The purchase contract is concluded with Nils Käse.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, storage of contract textThe language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery conditionsIn addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.
We deliver only by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
Advance payment
If you choose the advance payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
By placing the order, you simultaneously transmit your credit card details to us.
After your legitimation as the rightful cardholder, we will immediately after the order ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is then automatically carried out by PayPal. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Sofort
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account activated for participation in Sofort with PIN/TAN procedure, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is then immediately carried out by Sofort and your account is debited.
Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option.
Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must always be made to Klarna.
When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and always have a payment period of 14 days.

The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport damageIf goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and GuaranteesUnless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects applies.
For used goods: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects occurring within one year from delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and reductions of deadlines do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as malice,
- in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.

9. LiabilityFor claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
